“Overall a strong treadmill! Oh where do I start. I ordered the Smyrna and had it shipped by inside room of choice since it was very heavy. Instructions were easy enough to follow if your handy, but I recommend using your own tools instead of the one included. I like the ipod feature and the sound is fairly good.
