“A lot of features. Well-built! I usually think you get what you pay for but with this I’m pleasantly surprised. It’s not a gym machine of course but it has no trouble moving me and I’m 225 lbs. The workout programs seem very effective though after a few months of using the machine I’ve settle on using it at 7 percent incline at 4 MPH and I go for 45-60 minutes. I’ve learned that keeps me right in my target heart rate. It’s a great machine and I enjoy using it. ” more reviews
