You can do over the head tricep extensions using both weights or one using the handles on the bottom. Selecting the weights is a one step process for each weight. “I bought the PowerBlocks after looking through reviews for what dumbell set would work for my p90x needs. After getting the product and using it with p90x, I am happy to say that it’s quite practical and gets the job done.
