“Great Machine! I purchased this bike about a year ago.I was skeptical as to whether I would gain any real health benefit from using it. I wanted to lose weight and get in better shape. I put it in the corner of my bedroom so it would be the first thing I saw when I got out of bed and the last thing I saw before going to bed . It motivated me to use it .I started out slowly using the loser level workouts 20 to 30 min.I gradually increased the work out levels and began using it 60 to 75 minutes 6 days a week. After about 6 months of exercise and cutting calories I lost 20 lbs. Now I am maintaining my weight and consistently using it an hour 5 days a week. For the most part it is comfortable but the seat could be a little bigger. This Bike is one of the best purchases I have ever made .I am a 50 year old male. ” more reviews
