When you use this machine, and your body is inverted, this imparts a traction force on your spine, which distracts your vertebrae. “What a relief! I have been suffering from back ache for over 30 years and now and then i would go trough a bout of intense pain for a few days and then the pain would ease off but it was always there on the lower left side of my back.
